Lily from London, England to the Amazon wilderness and enrolls Frank's uncertain service to guide her downriver on La Quila—his weak yet enchanting boat.
Lily is resolved to reveal an old tree with unmatched healing capacities—having the ability to change the eventual fate of medication.
